GA 4350 - Character Rigging Credits: 3
In this studio-based course, students will learn to build character rigs designed for use in a game engine. Topics include full skeletal and facial rigging. Students will also explore character setup for motion capture and discover the importance of naming conventions and hierarchical systems. At the conclusion of the course, students will have created a fully customized, rigged character suitable for export to a game engine.
Prerequisites: GA 3120 - 3D Modeling or AN3D 2320 - 3D Computer Lighting + Materials Notes: (Formerly GA 3350)
